KIDS ALIVE UK is a Christian mission founded in 1916 in China and is dedicated to meeting the spiritual, physical, educational and emotional needs of children and youth who have no other reasonable means of support. Founded on James 1:27, Kids Alive‘s mission is to reflect the love of Christ by rescuing suffering children in crisis, nurturing them with quality holistic care and introducing them to the transforming power of Jesus Christ. Our ministry accomplishes this mission through three types of programmes: -
CHILDREN’S HOMES: - House parents provide 24 hour care for the children in a safe, loving home like atmosphere. CARE CENTRES: - Needy children come here for the day to receive food, clothes and education, everything except shelter. SCHOOLS - We provide a quality education for children who often wouldn’t have access to education. In addition to education, we also provide breakfast, lunch, medical care, tutoring and devotions. |

Typically, a child stays in one of our Children’s Homes or Care Centres until they are able to function as an independent member within society. Our programmes are designed to meet the children’s needs within the context of the society in which they are living. Kids Alive is working in 16 countries such as Myanmar (Burma), Kenya, Romania and Guatemala. We currently care for over 5000 children at risk worldwide. HOW CAN YOU HELP? Pray for the work.
